Jennifer Martin

Operating Partner Owner/Broker

The Vision for the Company 

Jennifer's real estate career began in her dad’s real estate brokerage a long time ago. He was an amazing broker and mentored her in the fine art of the real estate business. In time she took over the family business and it grew, even in the ups and downs of the economy. She loves teaching agents how to grow their business and has become known for her weekly “contract strategies” class. Hundreds of agents have passed through her sphere of influence. It delights her to think about their success. In addition to her leadership in our brokerage, she continues to be an active agent. She and her husband Bryan (Co-owner of Keller Williams) lead a sales team that is one of the top producing teams in the area. The key to their success is love. That’s because love is the most important part of home life and real estate is all about home. Jennifer loves her agents, co-workers, and her real estate life. It has been the source of a rich and meaningful life! Jennifer and Bryan have 4 adult children and 12 grandchildren.

Team Leader/CEO-Co Owner

Joanna grows Keller Williams through discovering agents who desire to have successful real estate businesses and who value neverending learning. She is a third generation realtor. She oversees the training to ensure there are plenty of in person and on-line opportunities to learn current and relevant best practices. She selects and leads the Associate Leadership Council, a group of the top 20% of producers in the company. Joanna works side by side with the operations and compliance teams of the company for yearly goal setting, budget forecasting and weekly financial projections. Keller Williams Fresno is an industry leader in the Fresno area for closed transactions and sales volume in residential, commercial and ag land. Joanna is a soccer mom and wife, a friend and a real estate investor. She is motivated by a successful happy work environment, walks outside, live music, traveling and making memories.

Onboarding Director

Rachel’s process ensures that new agents can acclimate into the Keller Williams Realty culture, get access to the tools they need to perform their job duties, align with their goals, and begin to feel at home building their Real Estate business. Rachel’s onboarding process promotes greater productivity and increased efficiency. She helps agents with planning, organizing, and implementing the technologies necessary to run a successful business. Rachel is passionate about growing agents in their business and she thrives on their successes. Rachel has two adult sons who she loves to travel with.

Market Center Tech Trainer

Jose has been a full time Professional REALTOR since 2006. He has specialized in the sales and marketing of single family and multi-family homes as well as income producing and agricultural properties throughout Fresno County. Jose is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology. While At KW has been an ALC member for 5 years, Market Center Tech Ambassador, Market Center Tech Trainer and currently the leader of the Success Coach Program for new agents. He continues to perform at the top 20% of agents in the Keller Williams Fresno Office. Jose is a husband and father of two.

Reviewing Broker

Justin Hardman is the reviewing broker for Keller Williams Fresno and an investor. He has been with Keller Williams Fresno from the launch of the Market Center in 2009. Justin has served on the Associate Leadership Council as well as multiple committees at the local association. He is a co-founder of the Association of Realtors' Young Professionals' Network. He is a graduate of Fresno State, completed the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) coursework, and is a former owner of a Property Management company. Justin works to ensure compliance and provide training for all of our associates. He has reviewed tens of thousands of real estate transactions. He has a wife who is a leader in real estate and they have a young son.

The Broker Compliance role at Keller Williams Fresno encompasses the following:

  • The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures for Keller Williams Fresno are adhered to. Work closely with Agents/Managing Brokers to ensure Agent related transaction questions are resolved promptly. Responsible for keeping real estate forms/document checklist up-to-date, Release commission checks upon receipt of complete audited files.
  • Ensure documents are uploaded to our paperless system within three (3) from the date of execution.
  • Review uploaded documents within 24-48 hours from the time of upload to ensure required contract documentation is accurate based on transaction type and that dates/signatures are in designated areas
  • Maintain Quality Assurance Standards 
  • Address inquiries from agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Review Listings documents and approve MLS entries.
